- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible, rude & uncomfortable! The lady was not welcoming at all, very short & snappy. Felt like I was treated like an object, never encountered such horrible service. She mumbled questions to her computer screen, then would roll her eyes when I answered the question incorrectly.. No explanation for anything she was doing, no chance to ask questions.
